A Brussels-based company is looking for video game developers and publishers to implement an ambitious serious game project inspired by in "monster-collection RPG" style games. The development needs include character creation, game environment, sound, and game design. A producer that can be there for all stages of creation and publication of the game would be preferred. The company is looking for a commercial agreement with technical assistance.

The Brussels-based Belgian company is an engineering company providing services in the energy and water sectors, data analysis and research and development of new systems. They have a long history and a large share of their primary market. They are looking to branch into serious games in areas related to their core business in order to teach the consumer about new technologies and opportunities.
As such, the company is in the process of developing the concept for an educational video game inspired by the fighting games genre to teach players about the periodic table of the elements and radionuclides.
In order to develop this game on the technical side and ensure a successful launch, the company is looking for video game developers to work on designing and creating a set of characters based on the design concept, as well as the general development of the gaming environment. They are also looking for video game publishers to take charge of the development and publication process with the hopes of getting the game to reach a large audience.
