Abstract

A Romanian Industry 4.0 start-up designer, manufacturer and distributor of smart technology software offers a leading-edge technology that reinvents how factories operate by providing a unique platform that empowers manufacturers to reach production goals, improve production processes and stay competitive within the industry.
They are looking to develop partnerships under the form of a licence or technical cooperation agreement.

Description

Established in 2020, the company is part of the first wave of start-ups from Romania set-up to change the manufacturing industry, innovating the operational processes by the use of technology.

Since June 2020, they are the first Industry 4.0 digital platform funded in Romania.

The software platform they have created provides a real-time window into the manufacturing environment allowing clients to see not only recorded data but also production information and events as they occur, resulting in faster problem resolution and productivity.
The platform can be deployed within days and it learns from day one the behaviour of the production line, operators and orders. They collect data from sensors, IoT platforms or dedicated software. Operational personnel are also a valuable source of data, because most stops are caused by people’s actions.
It gives visibility in real time for different roles, predicting when there’s a chance not to meet objectives in a shift.
It analyses events captured in a longer period, giving insights and responding to „why” something happened, not only to „what” happened. Also, the platform sends periodically reports and analyses to all operational managers. It calculates tendencies, predicting patterns and foreseeing risks before losses appears on production line.
The platform will boost the productivity of the factory: 25 % overall production performance increasement, 95 % more time for other activities, for the data collection team, 80 % accuracy of the operational decisions related to production and 100 % real time production data available on multiple channels, for all authorised roles.
The use of this technology will help manufacturing companies to make a smooth transition from status quo to an advanced digitalized environment.
The platform is a perfect fit for almost all manufacturing enterprises and it’s offered in the form of a monthly subscription model.

With the intent of expanding their business abroad, the company is looking for international partners to start a collaboration. They are interested in establishing partnerships with manufacturing companies from different fields of activity, willing to digitalise their operational processes, through the use of the platform (licence agreement). They would also like to further develop the technology, together with partners from the IT industry, under the form of a technology cooperation (technical cooperation agreement).
