Abstract

A French innovative company specialising in process mining and artificial intelligence (AI) has fully developed and patented a solution which allows to audit, predict and monitor any business process. With this solution, getting knowledge on complex processes has never been so easier. The start-up currently offers commercial agreements with technical assistance to partners abroad either specialised in IT integration or specialised in consulting services, related to business process optimisation.

Description

Optimising and auditing business processes is a tedious and boring task. It takes time to gather data, to do workshop and interviews, and you have only a partial view of how your business processes are really running. To fix this problem, process mining technology can help to understand but is limited and slow when business processes are complex.

As a result, the French start-up invented and developed a new process mining which gives an end-to-end view of any business process (of any complexity) in real-time. The IT solution benefits from more than 10 years of research & development and the SME collaborates with major academics in process mining & AI.

The patented IT solution allows to audit, predict and monitor any business process and gives access to:
-Global view: possibility to get instant and global visualisation of actual processes
-Analyse: way to understand root cause of a good or bad behavior (look at financial, power consumption or other dimension aspect...)
-Automation: help to detect the potential of automated processes and easily export them to your automation tools.
-Custom dashboards: to create custom dashboards with personal
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
-Audit & compliance: to automate these actions.
-Predictive process monitoring: to anticipate future behavior of current business processes by an innovative predictive engine.
-Smart diagnostic: to find automatically real root causes of dysfunctions or bad behavior.

The IT solution can be deployed on Cloud or OnPremise. The user interface is available by just using modern webbrowser. The platform technology stack is based on modern off the shelf components in Big & Fast Data field and allow to have a scalable and reactive solution.

Designed as an open platform, the partner can use the start-up's API (Application Programming Interface), SDK (Software Development Kit) and JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) access to enrich its own application.

The software helps to have an end to end view of any Business Processes in real-time. It helps to reduce by a factor of 6 the time to do an audit and understand business processes for any use cases.

The solution is recognised by Gartner and can be used for any business processes. It is already used by large French companies (banks, insurances, telco, public services).

The French start-up is now looking for partners specialised in IT integration or consulting services related to business process optimisation & monitoring. Commercial agreements with technical assistance are sought.
