Abstract

The mobile app opens a time gate for users to show and tell how touristic and cultural heritage sites and archaeological assets looked like in the past, which have been completely or partially destroyed. It is a mobile virtual guidance application users to live the past and the present time at the same time. It is a Turkish-American company looking for commercial agreements with technical assistance, license and technical cooperation agreements in European countries.

Description

The company is one of the companies accepted to the Informatics Valley by the Ministry of Industry and Technology in the first group and the Company provides integrated solutions in the fields of tourism, media, energy and defense industry. It has successfully realized many different projects on web and mobile device applications so far and continues to develop such projects each passing day. The company is operating in Informatics Valley, Elazig Teknokent, Antalya Teknokent and Austin Office in the US continue to work intensively on the project, which is summarized hereinbelow.
• The mobile app (product) : by modeling the state of historical-cultural heritage sites that are on the verge of collapse, in different historical periods, the historical and touristic structures that cannot be seen physically are shown to the user, providing the feeling of traveling to the past, 
• In today's world, where individualization has increased even more after the pandemic, the need for a guide will be met in the digital environment with a virtual guide trained with artificial intelligence technology, 
• It will be possible for the user to have an indescribable travel experience alone by using their smart device without need for anyone, 
• Intelligent characters with artificial intelligence living on the planet which will be created will provide users with an impressive experience,  
• With user personalization, users will be able to see the places they have visited from the application even after years and will be able to notice the changes if they go to the same place again, 
• Beyond being in a visual and auditory world, users will encounter characters with a life cycle that communicate with them cognitively, that is, they can answer their questions within a certain framework. 
The app will help to increase the interest and knowledge of the society towards cultural heritage sites inhabited by different civilizations. In the face of the fact that the fictional historical period applications such as TV series/films/games etc. showing the past are liked by the masses, application which shows and tells the past situations of the locations exactly and informs the users at each new location added will encourage the curiosity of that region and will manage mass tourism.  
During the pandemic period world is living in, the feeling of extreme restriction in people due to the inability to travel, curfews, remote working, etc. will cause a massive movement after the pandemic. It is very important that investment is completed when this mobility begins. Again, "digitalization" and "individualization", which have grown with great momentum in every sector all over the world during the pandemic period, will continue as a user habit after the pandemic. With the project, these habits will continue in terms of "digitalization" and the tourism sector, with the technology level of the application, the innovations it contains, and making it possible for users to have a travel experience without the support of anyone, in terms of the "individualization".  
Technical Specifications of the Product
The product is a mobile application developed for Android and IOS platforms. Considering the target audience, it is foreseen to be used in both phone and tablet devices
• In current solutions, the use of AR is indoors and in very limited and narrow spaces. The innovations app has: end-to-end use of AR in the product outdoors and indoors
